This Arabica is of the red Catuai variety, which grows wonderfully in these geographic latitudes. San Andres is a small municipality adjacent to two of the largest biological reserves in the region. The inhabitants of the area are all dedicated to the cultivation of coffee plants, banana palms and mangoes. Coffee cultivation is also the main source of income for the locals, and it is for this reason that they are united in a cooperative and strive to make each successive harvest better than the last. They comply with all organic farming requirements and process the coffee beans using traditional natural methods. All this guarantees a 100% experience of every single sip of your favourite drink.
