GENERAL TERMS OF DELIVERY
Upon successful completion of an order, you will receive a confirmation via email message containing the order number, the total amount and the ordered products.
The order is processed and shipped within 2 working days after receiving the confirmation of a successful order. In case of impossibility or delay, you will receive an email or we will contact you by phone to clarify the details.
All orders are delivered by the courier company ECONT EXPRESS EOOD
The price for delivery to an address or Econt offices throughout the country is:
👌 FREE for orders over BGN 60.
🤑 For orders up to BGN 60. – ECONT Express Tariff for general courier services for standard shipments in Bulgaria
Payment is made by cash on delivery to the courier or by card upon completion of the order.
When paying by card, you may be charged additional fees for the card transaction.
MERCHANT is not responsible for delay in case the delay is due to courier or other supplier.
Immediately after delivery, the goods should be carefully inspected by the User/customer or a person authorized by him. Any damages, shocks and other damages should be reported immediately to the MERCHANT. If an incorrect or incorrect address, contact person or phone number is specified when submitting the order, the MERCHANT is not bound and has no obligation to fulfill the order.
In case of refusal to receive the goods, the Customer must pay the costs of delivery and return of the goods. In the event that the Customer is not found within the deadline for delivery to the specified address or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this deadline, the MERCHANT is released from its obligation to deliver the goods requested for purchase.
When the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the goods requested for purchase by the Customer and this can be established by a simple examination of them,
The customer can request that the goods delivered to him be replaced with a product corresponding to his order within 24 hours of receiving it.
