Kolichka Bar Specialty Coffee Shop is located in the heart of the capital just opposite the iconic historical monument the ”Strawberry House”. In close proximity to the Doctor’s Monument and Park Zaimov. You can easily recognize it by its distinctive retro design, refined to the smallest detail.
The narrow focus of the concept makes the brand so recognizable and the choice of many people who come for a walk in the area , working or living here. The business is mainly focused on “Take a Way”, but when the weather allows us, we have also small tables on the sidewalk, in front of the coffee shop under the colorfull shade of linden trees.

Our cappuccino is offered with 8 types of different milks, steamed to perfection in the ideal temperature and consistency for instant consumption.

Here you will find a large variety of freshly roasted coffee beans in packs of 250 g. and 1kg. At the request of the client we will grind them in the moment, depending on how you like to prepare your favorite drink at home or in the office or anywhere else.
All coffee beans are roasted here on site using hot air, in small batches and entirely by hand, applying the necessary knowledge, time, experience and professionalism to achieve a smooth and balanced taste from each and every coffee.
In addition, we will offer you divine tea from hand-picked herbs from the foothills of the Strandzha Mountains and the fields on the southern Black Sea coast. We bet you will love it so much that you will take a package of tea for home!
And that’s not all! For those who do not drink coffee on an empty stomach, we bake delicious brownies with pieces of Belgian chocolate every day, as well as butter biscuits with pistachios, organic red beets and turmeric with lavender.
