RETURNING AN ORDER

If you wish to return an item ordered by us, you must contact us by email or phone!

Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days from the date of receipt of your order.

If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and not unpacked.

In order to approve your return, we require an order number, receipt, invoice or proof of purchase. After confirming the information provided by you, we will indicate to you the address or office of the courier company ECONT EXPRESS to where you will send the item at your expense!

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us! Otherwise, you will not receive a refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In the event of an approved refund, we will refund the full amount of the item purchased, excluding courier charges, by bank transfer to the bank account specified by you at Bulgarian Bank.

All refunds are made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned item.

If you still haven’t received a refund after the 30-day period, please check your bank account again before contacting us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.
