KOLICHKA BAR Specialty Coffee Shop & Craft Roastery is located at two spots in the heart of the capital. Our first location is right across from the iconic Strawberry House, near the Doctor’s Monument and Zaimov Park. The second one is close to the Crystal Garden and the Church of the Seven Saints.
Who are we AIMED at ?
The business is primarily Takeaway-oriented, but when the weather permits, the sidewalk in front of the coffee shop on St. San Stefano 9 we have tables with chairs under the colorful shade of the linden trees. And at 19 6th St., we have indoor seating, thanks to the double-sized space.

Our Secret
Here you will find a wide variety of freshly roasted coffee beans in 250g and 1kg sizes. At customer’s request we will grind them currently according to how you like to prepare your favorite drink at home, in the office or wherever.
All coffee beans are roasted here on site using hot air, in small batches and entirely by hand, applying the necessary knowledge, time, experience and professionalism to achieve a smooth and balanced flavour from each coffee.
In addition, we will offer you divine Tea of hand-picked herbs from the foothills of Strandzha Mountain and fields along the southern coast. We bet you’ll like it so much that you’ll take a packet tea to take home!

About those who don’t drink coffee on an empty stomach, we bake daily brownies with pieces of Belgian chocolate inside, and also butter biscuits with pistachios with citrus crusts and kurcumа with lavender.
