Specialty Decaf Mexico Swiss Water
This organic decaffeinated coffee is in no way inferior to high-quality coffee. Thanks to the decaffeination method used, this Mexico has a unique sweetness, with hints of dates and a hazelnut aroma. The coffee is grown by local farmers in the well-known region of Chiapas, Mexico. After being hand-picked by the farmers, it is transported to a nearby farm for processing using the “Swiss Water” method. This exporter was founded in 1980 and was the first decaf producer in Latin America with the best technology in the industry, achieving the best quality of decaffeination, exceeding 99% of water-based extraction, patented in 1987 and certified organic in 2003.
