Description
Soft and tasty coffee with a unique character. It has a pleasant blueberry acidity and aroma of roasted almonds, followed by a phenomenal aftertaste of milk chocolate and peach. It is characterized by a creamy body and a round profile. Coffee trees are grown by the natives in the Suárez region, located west of the Andes near numerous rivers crossing the valleys and mountain slopes. The coffee is picked and sorted by hand, then processed using traditional methods that farmers have passed down from generation to generation. This coffee is the result of our long-standing partnership with a graduate specialist in the field of specialty coffees from the University of Cauca. Thanks to him, one of the most special and high-quality Arabicas from this region arrives directly to us in Sofia, without distributors and intermediaries.
