Our presentation and great retro design of coffee carts are always more than impressive and set the mood in any room or outdoor area we appear in.
The aim of our concept is to provide a service to our partners through which they can add value to their customers and visitors with the professional making of coffee drinks.
A NEW APPROACH TO COFFEE EVENTS
We are a company that offers a new approach in the preparation of coffee drinks. For flawless coffee extraction we rely on restored to perfection, vintage La San Marco coffee machines from the 70s and 80s and the latest generation of coffee grinders from the same brand. Experienced baristas prepare each drink with passion and uncompromising professionalism.
THE SECRET OF COFFEE
The coffee beans we use to make our drinks are imported from selected farms in Brazil, Ethiopia, Honduras, Colombia, Nicaragua, Peru, Kenya, Guatemala, Sri Lanka, Mexico and Indonesia. Specialists certified by the World Coffee Association (SCA) highly value their characteristics and qualities, which distinguishes them and makes them so special. Any harvest with a score above 80 points is classified as a “Special Coffee”.
These are all the coffee beans we roast weekly, on site, in front of our customers. Our World Coffee Organization (SCA) certified roaster applies the necessary knowledge, time, experience and professionalism to achieve a mild and balanced flavor from each coffee. 24 hours after roasting and completion of what is called “degassing”, the coffee is packaged to reach our customers with all the flavor and aroma it possesses.
