Description

This is the coffee that creates an experience in each of our customers! Extremely colorful fruity flavours with soft and pleasant acidity. Rich in citrus and floral notes. Perfect for Cold Brew and other filter methods, this Arabica is grown in the lower parts of the Bale Mountain, Oromia region, at an altitude of 2000–2300m.
The region is not widely known due to its low annual yield, yet it’s one of the most favorable areas in the world for coffee cultivation, thanks to its unique climate and the two rivers flowing near the plantations.
The family-run farm has existed for decades and plays a vital role for the local people and the region. The coffee is handpicked, hand-sorted, and traditionally processed using the natural (dry) method without water—contributing to its truly distinctive character.

Deliveries arrive twice a year and the coffee is roasted in small batches by hot air each week here in Sofia. This ensures the unique experience you will get from every cup of coffee from our selection of freshly roasted specialty coffees.
