Description
Soft coffee with a unique character. It features a pleasant blueberry acidity and the aroma of roasted almonds, followed by a phenomenal aftertaste of milk chocolate and peach. It is characterised by its creamy body and round profile. Coffee trees are cultivated by the local inhabitants of the Suarez region, located west of the Andes near numerous rivers crossing valleys and mountain slopes. The coffee is picked and sorted by hand, then processed using traditional methods that the farmers have passed down from generation to generation. This coffee is the result of our long-standing partnership with a graduate in specialty coffees from the University of Cauca. Thanks to him, one of the most special and quality Arabicas from this region arrives directly in Sofia, without distributors and middlemen.
